Once your claim is approved you can sign in to update the venue’s description, capacity, photos, facilities, accessibility and contact details, and see the shows booked there. Check the listing first to make sure it is the right venue.
Every claim is checked by our team before anything changes. Using an email address on the venue’s own website domain, and attaching something with the venue’s name on it (a letterhead, a licence, a bill), helps us say yes quickly. Documents are only used to check your claim and are never shown on the site or to promoters.
