RUN YOUR NIGHTS
IN ONE PLACE.

Laughbooker is built for the people who put comedy on. Plan each night, book and remind your acts, run the show on the day, then see what it sold and what it made, without juggling DMs and spreadsheets.

Before the night

PLAN IT

Events and line-ups

Create each night, set out its slots in running order, and build the line-up from acts on Laughbooker, or open a slot so acts can apply for it.

Offers and reminders

Send acts an offer and a reminder before the gig by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If an act would rather hear from you, the message comes to you instead, with the exact words ready to pass on.

Venue availability

Browse the dates venues have said their room is free, then send an enquiry or ask for a hold.

Partner companies

Keep track of the companies you run nights with or for: partners, clients, sponsors and festivals.

On the day

RUN IT

The Today page

Everything on today, on one screen: which rooms are on, who is on when and how to reach them, how full it is, and what is left to do.

Your to-do list

Add to-dos for an event or for yourself, with a due date. Jobs the platform hands you, such as an offer to pass on to an act, land on the same list, so nothing slips.

Fill the room

SELL IT

Ticket sales and profit

Record ticket sales and costs against each night and see the profit or loss, with reporting across your nights on tickets, offers, acts, rooms and money.

Listings on Eventbrite and Data Thistle

Send your events to Eventbrite, and to Data Thistle, the listings company that feeds many what's-on guides, from the events you already have here.

Your own brand page

Every organiser gets a public brand page on Laughbooker showing who you are and all your upcoming and past nights.

An embed for your own site

Paste one line of code into your website and your upcoming events appear there, in your site's own fonts and colours, and stay up to date.

Plug it in

CONNECT IT

An API

Create API keys to read your events from your own systems and post ticket sales back in.

What's new

A "What's new" panel inside your dashboard tells you when something has been added or changed, so you are never left guessing.
